Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
Once we’ve received your request, we will review the information and contact you with next steps.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges
If your product is damaged or defective, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food products
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
